This explains what Duality Social Club LLC collects, why, and what you can do about it. Short version: we collect the minimum we need to tell you about events, we do not sell your data, and you can be removed any time by emailing us.

1 · What we collect

• If you join our list: your email address and the city you select. That is it. We do not ask for your name, phone number, or address.
• If you buy a ticket: your purchase is handled by our third-party ticketing platform, which collects your name, email, and payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive an attendee list (typically name and email). We never see or store your card details.
• If you email us: whatever you choose to include in your message.
• At events: photos and video, which may include your image. See the photo section below.
• On this website: nothing automatically. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles on visitors. Our host (Cloudflare) keeps standard server logs for security.

2 · How we use it

• To tell you about upcoming events, usually before we announce them publicly.
• To understand which cities have demand, so we know where to host next.
• To answer your messages.
• To promote the club with photos and recaps from past events.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not send messages unrelated to Duality.

3 · Who can see it

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.

We use a small number of service providers to run the club, and your information is only shared with them so they can perform that service:

• Google (Sheets and Workspace) — stores our waitlist and hosts our email.
• Our ticketing platform — ticket sales and payment processing.
• Cloudflare — website hosting and domain email routing.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the safety of our attendees.

4 · Photos and video at events

Our events are photographed and filmed, and we publish that content on this site and on Instagram. Attending an event means you agree to appear in it, as set out in our Terms.

If you do not want to be photographed, tell an organizer at the event. If something is already published and you want it taken down, email us and we will remove it from channels we control.

5 · How long we keep it

We keep waitlist entries until you ask to be removed or the list is retired. Ticketing records are kept as long as our ticketing platform and our tax obligations require. Event photos may be kept indefinitely as part of our archive, subject to takedown requests.

6 · Your choices

• Get off the list: email contact@dualitysocialclub.com and we will delete your entry, usually within a few days.
• See what we hold: ask, and we will tell you.
• Correct it: ask, and we will fix it.
• Photo takedown: ask, and we will remove it from our channels.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or state privacy laws. We honor these requests regardless of where you are.

7 · Security

Information is stored in access-controlled accounts protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication, and submitted over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the amount of data we hold deliberately small so there is little to expose.

8 · Young people

This site and our list are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has joined our list, email us and we will delete it. Some events are 21+; age requirements are shown on each event listing.

9 · Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be communicated to the list.
