These terms apply to the Duality Social Club website and to every event produced by Duality Social Club LLC ("Duality," "we," "us"). By using this site, joining our list, buying a ticket, or attending an event, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or attend our events.
Duality Social Club LLC is a Florida limited liability company producing in-person social and wellness events, including events held in other states. Contact: contact@dualitysocialclub.com.
Our events are meant to feel good for everyone in the room. We may refuse entry or remove anyone, without refund, for: harassment or discrimination of any kind; unwanted physical contact; threatening, violent, or abusive behavior; intoxication that endangers themselves or others; damaging property; ignoring venue or staff instructions; or any illegal activity.
If something happens at an event, tell a Duality organizer or venue staff immediately, or email us afterward.
Our events may involve dancing, movement, physical activity, crowds, loud music, lighting effects, and the presence of alcohol. These activities carry inherent risks, including risk of bodily injury, illness, property damage, and in rare cases serious injury. Risks cannot be eliminated.
By attending, you voluntarily accept these risks for yourself and any minor you bring. You confirm you are physically able to participate in any activity you choose to join, and you agree to stop and seek help if you feel unwell.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Duality Social Club LLC, its members, organizers, staff, volunteers, and partners from claims for injury, loss, or damage arising out of your attendance at an event or use of this site, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
We are not responsible for the acts of other attendees, venues, vendors, performers, or third parties. We are not liable for lost or stolen property.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the ticket in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your own conduct at an event or your breach of these terms.
Our events are photographed and filmed. By entering, you grant Duality Social Club LLC an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your image, likeness, and voice as captured at the event, in any media, for promotional and archival purposes, without further notice, approval, or compensation.
If you would rather not appear in our content, tell an organizer at the event and we will do our best to keep you out of frame. If a photo of you is already published and you want it removed, email contact@dualitysocialclub.com and we will take it down from channels we control.
Do not attend if you are unwell or contagious. Follow all venue safety instructions and emergency exits. We may modify or end an event early for safety reasons, including weather, venue issues, or capacity limits.
The Duality Social Club name, logo, the Spark mark, our designs, photography, and site content are owned by Duality Social Club LLC. Please do not use them commercially, or in a way that suggests partnership or endorsement, without written permission. You are welcome to share and tag our content socially.
If you post content from our events publicly and tag us, you permit us to reshare it with credit.
This site is provided "as is," without warranties. We may change or remove content at any time. We are not responsible for the content of external sites we link to, including our ticketing platform, Instagram, or Spotify.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction. Where an event takes place in another state, the mandatory consumer-protection and safety laws of that state may also apply.
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above shows the current version. Continuing to use the site or attend events after a change means you accept the updated terms.
